		<description>Do bear in mind though that property flooding is not anticipated until a Severe Flood Warning has been issued, and so far the EA have made no suggestions that one is going to be issued, i.e. that there is *not* going to be widespread flooding with this event.

Levels are only going to be at or below 2003, which only saw minor flooding by the Thames in Reading. The 1947 floods were far higher - flooding as far as Great Knollys Street south of the river and beyond Gosbrook Road to the north.</description>
