The news is, there is no news
I confess: I have not been managing this blog all that effectively, owing to other commitments recently.
The Monthly Newsletter will be discontinued. It never worked. In fact, it never even started. There is an orange button on the top-right, however, that is a better solution. Click on that and you can subscribe to the news feed. Every time I add a new article to the blog, subscribers are alerted to it.Â
But let me know your views too. What works, what doesn’t, whether you like what I write, if you think I’m a prat. It’s all useful information!

Hi Matt,
Anecdote: I learned the meaning of “the news is, there’s no news” from a very popular Spanish radio presenter time ago, a day when he was talking about Robbie Williams -I was a fan, don’t ask…- At that time I thought he (the presenter) had invented it and you, British people, didn’t often use it!
On another matter, what does “prat” mean? I think I know what it is but I’m not sure.
With regard to the contents of your blog, well… I can’t say anything ’cause I know it for a few weeks, but maybe you’re right when you say it needs to be more frequently updated.
Sorry for my English and regards from Spain!!! ^___^

Hi Irene, “prat” is British slang and means the same as “idiot”. You’re right about the blog, but it requires a lot of time to maintain it properly

I’d given up checking this site, until I upgraded my blog software.
Welcome back, Matt!
