It's scruffy and small. I wish we had a station designed by Calatrava. I wish we had a clock, even. Then again, I don't think it's just our station which is a problem. Our rail industry in general is (still) achingly bad, in my opinion. I experienced a number of problems when catching a train from Feltham to Reading last week, including yet another delayed train (a technical fault, apparently). incompetent staff and anti-social behaviour.
