		<description>Passed the Brewmaster course it was very very good lots of maths and sexy graphs. Full credit needs to go to Marco Boiler company who provided the facility&#039;s and material for course. With travel and time off its expensive certification but worthwhile. 

The next step is to get workhouse coffee drinks certified internationaly. To do this samples of our coffee,water, and various data will have to be sent off to Norway. All this has significant costs attached but we think it will be worthwhile for staff and customers.

Last Thursday was the UK cupping championships which while I did not win (not even close cupping technique was rubbish) was an amazing experienceand one that will be built on for future events at Workhouse Coffee.
